Overview

An internal operations platform built to reduce repetitive admin work and make team handoffs easier to track.

Rationale

This project focused on turning a fragmented internal workflow into a single shared system. The main goal was to make operational tasks more visible, reduce repeated follow-ups, and give teams clearer ownership across each step.

Problem

Operational work was spread across messages, spreadsheets, and one-off status updates. That made requests harder to track, increased follow-up overhead, and left too much context in individual heads instead of in the workflow itself.

Approach

The product centered on a clear request lifecycle, ownership visibility, and activity logging. I treated the system less like a dashboard-only tool and more like a shared source of truth for teams moving work across approval and execution stages.

Impact

The result was a cleaner operational rhythm: less manual coordination, fewer dropped updates, and a better view of where work slowed down. It also created a stronger base for future automation around notifications and recurring tasks.

Highlights

  • Designed dashboards for monitoring requests, approvals, and operational bottlenecks.
  • Connected backend workflows with notifications and audit-friendly activity logs.
  • Reduced manual coordination by centralizing day-to-day process tracking in one place.
